Elsa believed deeply in the power of education and opportunity, especially for those from underrepresented and underserved communities.
Founded by her loving husband Barry Wurster and their daughters, the foundation provides scholarships and funding for minority students pursuing post-secondary education and skilled trade apprenticeships.
